Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager with a background in SaaS or hospitality tech sales. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the restaurant, café, and hospitality sectors. You will be responsible for leading a sales team, crafting regional sales strategies, and closing high-value deals with F&B business owners and operators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic, region-wise sales plans
  • Monitor sales performance using CRM tools and optimize the sales pipeline
  • Support in closing large enterprise deals and nurturing key accounts
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align on lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Provide regular reporting on sales forecasts, achievements, and KPIs

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, hospitality tech, or POS solutions
  • Experience with Hospitality-focused platforms (e.g., Petpooja, Posist, GoFrugal) is highly desirable
  • Deep understanding of value-based selling not just products, but platforms that solve real business problems
  • Strong network of decision-makers in the F&B industry restaurant owners, hotel managers, and franchise operators
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships and close complex, high-value deals
  • Proficient in CRM tools, sales funnel tracking, and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus)
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
