Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a background in B2B tech or SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with F&B clients, and closing high-impact deals to support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle  from prospecting to closing
  • Generate new business through cold outreach, inbound leads, and partnerships
  • Conduct product demos and provide tailored tech-driven solutions to clients
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, café chains, cloud kitchens, and hospitality partners
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, and product teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor activity

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, POS, or tech-enabled business solutions
  • Experience working with Hospitality businesses, or hospitality clients
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and long sales cycles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales metrics, and reporting
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in English; fluency in Hindi or regional languages is a bonus
