Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and highly driven Technical Project Manager (Full Stack) to lead the development of our core SaaS platform. This is a high-impact, leadership role that blends software engineering with technical strategy. You’ll manage the full stack from backend to frontend and play a crucial part in shaping our tech architecture, team, and product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and scaling of the full-stack platform (frontend, backend, APIs, AI integrations)
• Mentor and manage engineers; implement code quality standards and conduct regular reviews
• Own the technical roadmap, including architecture, performance, and scalability plans
• Ensure timely delivery of sprints and product updates in collaboration with business and product teams
• Manage deployment, uptime, security, and performance of web services and infrastructure
• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and external tools as needed
• Work directly with the founding team to align tech efforts with business goals
• Write clean, maintainable code and remain an active contributor to the codebase
• Identify technical risks and implement proactive solutions
• Keep the stack modern by staying up-to-date on tools, technologies, and development trends

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proficient in frontend technologies: React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks
• Experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Skilled in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiar with DevOps tools like Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience managing AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, SEO basics, and web security
• Hands-on experience with system architecture, version control, and testing best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for clean, efficient, scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Proficient in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• 2–3+ years in a senior, lead, or managerial engineering role
• Prior experience working in a startup or agile product environment
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Bonus: Experience with SaaS products, F&B tech, POS systems, or operational tools in hospitality
