Our Founder’s Story
“I didn’t come up with this idea in a boardroom. I came up with it behind a bar.”
After spending four years between the U.S. and U.K., earning two degrees and working in real estate, logistics, consulting, sales, and hospitality,
I returned to India with something most people miss: perspective.
While working in hospitality in London, I witnessed how digital systems — not staff — kept the floor running smoothly. The POS knew more than the manager. Waste was tracked in real time. Staff didn’t guess — they knew.
One night in India, while out at a local Pub, I was stunned by how different the experience felt. Not just the vibe — but the chaos behind the counter. The order was delayed. The inventory wasn’t updated. The staff were overworked, and the systems… weren’t systems at all. And that’s when it clicked.
That moment lit a fire. Over the next several months, I spoke to dozens of restaurant owners, managers, chefs, bartenders — from busy metros to quieter Tier 2 cities. The problems were everywhere. And most of them could be solved with the right technology — if it was made for India, not just adapted for it.
That’s how Falchion Xeniaa was born — not just a SaaS company, but a mission to empower the people who power India’s hospitality.
I’ve worked in New York, Mumbai, and London. I’ve worked my way up, worn every hat, and learned to move fast and stay grounded. This company isn’t about theory — it’s about execution.
We’re not here to “disrupt” the hospitality space. We’re here to respect it, modernize it, and elevate it.
